Please note our conditions for returns and exchanges
The ordered item can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of receipt of shipment. In both cases this is only possible with unused, clean and undamaged goods in the original packaging. All hygiene articles (i.e. mouthguards, groin guards, underwear, etc.) is not possible to return or an exchange. Reduced products (Sale, etc.) is excluded from the returned or exchanged. Please note that the refund will be carried out on the same payment method as the original payment.

After goods receipt, the goods are checked and decided whether this is in perfect condition and if a credit can be carried out.
The refund will be made on the same payment method as the original payment and usually within 5 working days. Postage costs are not refundable.
